Campesinos Sin Fronteras (CSF) is a 501(C)3 non-profit, grassroots organization serving migrant & seasonal farm workers and other members of the low-income Hispanic community in Yuma County, Arizona. CSF uses education, advocacy, and hands on involvement to bring positive life and community changes to farm workers and their standard of living. The members and staff of CSF come from farm workers backgrounds, enabling us to understand and be sensitive to the disadvantaged situations of the communities we serve. CSF offers programs including peer to peer health education, assistance in obtaining medical care and helping our clients attain safe and affordable housing.

Dear friends,
Welcome to Campesinos Sin Fronteras. I have had the pleasure of being CSF’s Chief Executive Officer for 10 years. During these wonderful years, I have seen CSF grow from a two-person movement to an agency that employs more than thirty dedicated individuals and many community volunteers. I am very proud and honored to see our staff's dedication to our communities.
Since its inception in 1999, CSF’s goal has been to improve the quality of life of farm workers and their families. As pioneers of the “Promotora” model in Arizona, we have had the pleasure of helping to develop and implement the model throughout the country. We are proud of our grassroots approach and are excited to see what the future holds and look forward to our continued growth.
